Physical wellbeing is no lesser important than spiritual and mental wellbeing. In fact, worship and day-to-day matters become difficult due to the lack of physical wellbeing. Allaah commanded us to eat that which is Halal and Tayyib (Healthy). Along with eating Halal and healthy, physical activities are likewise important. In fact, inactivity and insufficient physical activity has become a global health problem. Over time, as the person ages, the body becomes accustomed to inactivity and brain, muscles and joints experience greater than normal amount of wear and tear.
